Exhibiting and recruiting at the Sigma Xi Student Research Conference is an excellent opportunity to connect with hundreds of highly motivated and successful undergraduates and professional researchers from across North America and beyond. Students from the Biological, Physical, Mathematical, Social Sciences and Engineering will be presenting their original research during the two-day conference.

Participants will represent the very best in undergraduate science and engineering talent. Students from groups that are traditionally underrepresented in the sciences will be well represented at the conference.

  • 6 ft display table with sign located in student presentation room (while space lasts) or in high-traffic hallway leading to presentation room.

Select Exhibit Booth - $450

  • 10 ft x 6 ft booth with 2 chairs and ID sign located within the student poster and presentation room.
  • Registration to Student Research Conference.
  • Name Badges.
  • Listing by name in Student Research Conference Program and on the Sigma Xi Web site. Includes your group's logo with a link.
  • Complimentary refreshment breaks November 14 & 15.
  • Complimentary networking lunch with students on Friday, November 14.

Choice Exhibit Booth - $650

  • 10 ft x 6 ft booth with 2 chairs and ID sign located within the student poster and presentation room.
  • Registration to Student Research Conference.
  • Name Badges.
  • Listing by name in Student Research Conference Program and on the Sigma Xi Web site. Includes your group's logo with a link.
  • Complimentary refreshment breaks November 14 & 15.
  • Complimentary networking lunch with students on Friday, November 14.
  • Half page black and white advertisement in student conference program. (Note: Must supply digital artwork. Registration must be received before September 30)
  • Option to include one promotional piece in student conference packets (i.e. promotional brochure, magnet, pen, etc).

Premium Exhibit Booth - $900

  • Highly visible (includes corner booths and booths near entrance located within the student poster presentation room) 10 ft x 6 ft ft exhibit booth with 2 chairs and ID sign located within the student poster and presentation room.
  • Registration to Student Research Conference.
  • Name Badges.
  • Listing by name in Student Research Conference Program and on the Sigma Xi Web site. Includes your group's logo with a link.
  • Complimentary refreshment breaks November 14 & 15.
  • Complimentary networking lunch with students on Friday, November 14.
  • Special Recruitment Package with two complimentary tickets to Networking Lunch on Saturday, November 15. Lunch includes reserved table for networking with students.
  • Full-page black and white advertisement in student conference program. (Note: Must supply digital artwork. Registration must be received before September 30)
  • Option for one promotional piece in student conference packets (i.e. promotional brochure, magnet, pen, etc).
  • Electrical outlet access.
  • 250 words of descriptive text to accompany your group's logo with link on the Sigma Xi Web site.

Sponsor Exhibit Booth - $1,600

  • Highly visible (includes corner booths and booths near entrance) 20 ft x 6 ft exhibit booth. Additional booth space allows for free standing display presentation, option to include additional chairs for interviewing students.
  • Registration to Student Research Conference.
  • Name Badges.
  • Listing by name in Student Research Conference Program and on the Sigma Xi Web site. Includes your group's logo with a link.
  • Complimentary refreshment breaks November 14 & 15.
  • Complimentary networking lunch with students on Friday, November 14.
  • Special Recruitment Package with two complimentary tickets to Networking Lunch on Saturday, November 15. Lunch includes reserved table for networking with students.
  • Full-page black and white advertisement in student conference program. (Note: Must supply digital artwork. Registration must be received before September 30)
  • Option for two promotional pieces in student conference packets (i.e. promotional brochures, magnets, pens, etc).
  • Electrical outlet access.
  • 250 words of descriptive text to accompany your group's logo with link on the Sigma Xi Web site.
  • Banner ads on American Scientist Web site for two months with link back to your site. (American Scientist is the magazine published by Sigma Xi, and its Web site generates more than 425,000 impressions per month. These ads have a value of $1000).

Exhibitors may select any of the following additional options for the prices indicated below. These items must be purchased before September 30.

  • Conference bags - with your group's name and logo prominently displayed - $500 for shared sponsor space; $750 to be the exclusive sponsor for conference bags.
  • Lanyard neck straps for name tags - with your group's name and logo - $1000
  • Award Sponsor - your group will be recognized as a sponsor on the printed award certificates, and invited to present the award during the awards ceremony - $500 for a pair of two awards
  • Student Business Cards - cards will be issued to all students and used as a networking tool. These have been extremely successful at past events, students trade them with each other and exhibitors, and they provide a permanent memento of the event for participants - $600
  • 50% discount on one ad in American Scientist Magazine, the magazine of Sigma Xi, circulated to more than 90,000 members, subscribers and newsstand buyers.
