A letter for proof of your membership in Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Society will be e-mailed within three business days after the request has been submitted. Member dues must be verified before requests are processed. Please allow five business days after payment has been sent to process new membership before requesting a letter. New initiates will not need the member ID in order to request this letter.

The Proof of Membership Letter can be used for employment opportunities, Immigration & Naturalization, or other circumstances where you need to provide additional information of your membership in Sigma Xi. This letter will reference your election, membership grade (associate or full member), active dues status and the qualifications for membership in Sigma Xi. A brochure will be included which provides additional information concerning the Society.

Dues must be paid for the current membership year.
Members who have been notified of their Member ID# may check their current active membership status online at: http://www.sigmaxi.org/member/dues/expdate.shtml. Recently elected members are unable to review their membership status online pending assignment of a Member ID#.
