Statement

Throughout Sigma Xi’s long history of accomplishments, the organization has encouraged excellence in a broad spectrum of research efforts. The organization continues to “pay it forward” with including scientists from many different backgrounds and ethnicities. Uvetta Dozier believes in the objectives and goals of today’s Sigma Xi and has actively recruited associated and full members while actively participating at the local level. Additionally, she has served Sigma Xi by in the capacity of Associate Director of the Research & Doctoral Constituency along with reviewing applications for membership.
