As a Sigma Xi Affiliate, you will support an international honor society that is a leading advocate for the value and promise of science.

One of Sigma Xi's primary goals is to increase public engagement in science and technology. The Affiliate classification of involvement in the Society is designed to help achieve this aim. It also allows Sigma Xi to recognize those who make important contributions to scientific research, both inside and outside the laboratory.
