Rush’s Sigma Xi
chapter sponsors the annual Rush
Research Forum for Research and Clinical
Investigation (now in its 29th year). In addition to Sigma Xi, it is
sponsored by Rush University Medical Center, Rush University, the John
H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County and the affiliated hospitals of
the Rush System for Health.
The research forum
provides an opportunity to showcase the research activities of faculty
and students, and to foster awareness of research at Rush and its
affiliated institutions. Investigators engaged in basic, clinical or
applied research in various disciplines will have an opportunity to
share their work during research forum events, to get to know one
another and to explore new collaborative possibilities.
