Sigma Xi Georgia endeavors to promote an appreciation within society at large for the role research has been played in human progress. Sigma Xi Georgia would like to volunteer some of its members for visits to elementary school classrooms to share their knowledge as scientists and engineers. Topics for discussion include some aspects of Life Science, Computer Science, Neuroscience, Biocontrol, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health and Water Engineering.
