Application for Chapter Membership
or Change in Chapter Affiliation

1) Application for Chapter Membership: The forms are due by March 5th.

To apply for membership, download and fill out the nomination form: 

Applicants will be notified concerning their application and are invited to the initiation ceremony at the Spring Banquet. See Events for the date and location.  

Please be sure to complete item 4, AFFILIATION, listing “Virginia Tech – 079” as your preference.

 

Please fill out and send the form to:

DO NOT send the form in directly to the national chapter or they may not be able to complete the affiliation process.
