Alan Preston, PhD gave his nutritonal labels presentation as well as Sigma Xi promotional material to faculty and students at the Univ of the Virgin Islands, St Thomas, VI. He was hosted by Stan Latesky and Justin Shorb, both of the Dept of Chemistry.
