To become a member, please complete the nomination form download here.

Submit the completed form along with a copy of your CV and a check for $45 made out to Sigma Xi ($25 for membership and $20 initiation fee) to the membership coordinator, Zhen Han. We have funds available to defray initiation fees, so please contact Zhen to apply for this discounted rate. If you are an undergraduate student, please also include a letter of recommendation from a faculty member.
