The Sigma Xi Annual Meeting & International Research Conference will be held from Thursday, November 12 through Sunday, November 15. The exhibits will open on Friday, November 13 at 1:00 p.m. through Saturday, November 14 at 11:30 a.m.
This meeting is an excellent opportunity for
- Graduate and Professional Schools,
- Publishers,
- Government Agencies,
- Potential Employers,
- Professional Societies, and
- Special Programs
to reach hundreds of undergraduate and graduate students, from North America and abroad. These students conduct research in all fields of science and engineering and typically more than 40% of the students are from underrepresented groups.
In addition to the students, professional research scientists will be displaying their posters in the exhibit hall.
Exhibitor packages are tiered to address a variety of budgets and a variety of needs. All packages are designed to maximize contact between exhibitors and meeting attendees. Additional promotional opportunities exist to extend the reach of the exhibitor well beyond the event itself.
