The Sigma Xi Annual Meeting and Student Research Conference will be held from Thursday, November 20 through Sunday, November 23. The exhibits will open on Friday, November 21 at 9:00 a.m. and continue through Saturday, November 22 at 11:15 a.m.
This meeting is an excellent opportunity for
- Graduate and Professional Schools,
- Publishers,
- Government Agencies,
- Potential Employers,
- Professional Societies, and
- Special Programs
to reach hundreds of undergraduate and graduate students, from North America and abroad. These students conduct research in all fields of science and engineering and typically more than 40% of the students are from underrepresented groups.
Exhibitor packages are tiered to address a variety of budgets and a variety of needs. All packages are designed to maximize contact between exhibitors and meeting attendees. Additional promotional opportunities exist to extend the reach of the exhibitor well beyond the event itself.
