Important Dates and Deadlines for Students

Please note the following important dates & deadlines for the 2013 Conference:

• August 1, 2013 - Online Registration and Abstract Submission Begins
• October 15, 2013- Deadline of Abstract Submission for printing in the conference program book (abstracts received after October 15 will be printed in the program addendum)
• October 17, 2013 - Hotel Registration Deadline (to receive discounted hotel group rate)
• October 25, 2013 - Final Registration Deadline for presenting students
• October 29, 2013 - Final Abstract Deadline (abstracts received after October 29 will not be included in the printed meeting materials)
• November 1, 2013 - Online Registration Deadline for non-presenting students; On-site registrations accepted beginning November 8 for non-presenting students only
• November 4, 2013 - Registration Cancellation Deadline; See Cancellation and Refund Policy
