Proposed Ottawa Chapter Resolution to the 2001 Assembly of Delegates June 6, 2001

Resolution:
Increasing and retaining members is the highest current priority of both Chapter and Headquarters activity. Secondary to membership, nurturing and supporting chapters should be the primary focus of Headquarters activity.
