As the first national, scientific and comprehensive survey of postdoctoral researchers in the United States, the Sigma Xi Postdoc Survey was designed to identify best practices in the area of postdoctoral training. This session will address key survey results, along with plans for Sigma Xi's future involvement with these issues.
