Networking and Social Activities
Sigma Xi, an international community of nearly 60,000 distinguished scientists and engineers in more than 100 countries, features an annual conference rich with opportunities for networking with colleagues, students, and professionals. Informal conversations are augmented by a number of events designed to enhance these important interactions. Connect with the community of researchers by attending these events at the 2008 Washington D.C. meeting.
Scientific Poster Presentations - Throughout the Meeting
In addition to the Student Research presentations, scientific posters displayed by Sigma Xi members attending the Annual Meeting will be available for viewing throughout the meeting. All of these poster presentations offer excellent opportunities for discourse and networking among students and senior researchers.
