Computer Requirements for Participating

1. A computer with a Pentium 3 processor or better.
2. An Internet connection that is at least 256 Kbps. (512 Kbps is preferred)
3. A flash enabled web browser. (Adobe flash player is available for free at: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer)
4. A WiZiQ account.
5. Safari for Mac is not recommended as a Web browser for WiZiQ. Other browsers such as FireFox, Opera, Explorer, etc. are supported. WiZiQ is working to make its software compatible with as many browsers as possible for the future.
6. An external microphone or a headset with a microphone if the attendee wishes to ask a question during the session. There will always be an opportunity to submit written questions or comments via e-mail.
7. Headset Use: Be sure your headset is plugged in before you join a session. Also, do not unplug your headset after you have joined a session. These actions will cause WiZiQ to freeze. You will have to close the session and your browser then re-enter the WiZiQ session.
