Please do not start an active online application merely to view the details of the application. Use this Sample Application for informational purposes before beginning an active online application.

Important: The application contains two pages. The first page includes personal information about the student applicant. The second includes proposal information. Both pages need to be saved during your initial submission session. You can return to edit the application through the current deadline.

Application Deadlines: March 15 and October 15 annually.

March 15 applicants will be notified about funding by the end of May. October 15 applicants will be notified about funding by the end of December. Checks are mailed as soon as possible after the notification date.
