Important Dates and Deadlines 

Please note the following important dates & deadlines for the 2018 Student Research Conference:

• June 30- Deadline to receive a 20 percent early bird registration discount
• September 25- Hotel reservation deadline (to receive discounted group rate, while available)
• September 28 - Deadline for presenting students to submit an abstract to have it printed in the program book (abstracts received after this date will be printed in the program update)
• October 5- Registration cancellation deadline; see cancellation and refund policy (see below)
• October 11 - Final deadline for presenting students to submit an abstract to be printed in the program update (abstracts received after this date cannot be printed in the meeting materials)
• October 11: Final registration deadline
  
  

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by October 5, 2018. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Refunds are subject to a $50.00 processing fee and will be issued no sooner than 4 weeks after the meeting. Written cancellations may be sent via e-mail to finance@sigmaxi.org.
