Statement

With a contribution passion to the Scientific Research Society, I apply for an Associate Director position for Area Groups, Industries, State & Federal Labs (MI), to serve the Sigma Xi Society in-depth and promote the scientific community worldwide.

Being experienced as an engineer and a researcher, I deeply understand both industry and institution participation needs and contribution willingness to the scientific community. I plan to apply my knowledge in user acquisition and retention to raise Sigma Xi's awareness for wider audiences. Furthermore, I am delighted to explore opportunities for user engagement and optimize Sigma Xi’s business performance.

I have program management experience specifically for user retention, achieved fast-growth membership acquisition, led strategy planning, hosted monthly online/live membership events, and organized in-studio member clubs. 1. Being managing online user growth for years, I will utilize my user lifecycle program and retain a high active user rate. 2. Being hosting an online premier user membership club, I’ll apply my strategy and provide informative posts on diverse channels to deliver members the trending news and events, including posts on a forum, in-box notifications, and emails, to ensure each member is well-informed and entertained. 3. Enabling post/reply channels to run efficiently.
