Twice annually, Sigma Xi offers opportunities for outstanding high school, undergraduate and graduate students to share their research through both traditional poster presentations and virtual multimedia presentations.

Presentations are evaluated by career researchers to provide invaluable feedback for students. Awards are presented for outstanding research.


Chapter Involvement

  • A chapter can encourage its active student members to participate in one or both student events.
  • A chapter can expose prospective student members involved with the chapter’s institution or geographic area to all that Sigma Xi has to offer.
  • Experienced chapter members can serve as judges.
