Nominations Sought for Sigma Xi Elections

Sigma Xi is accepting nominations through August 10 for members who can serve in leadership positions. Open positions include regional and constituency directors, regional and constituency associate directors, and members of the Committee on Nominations. If you're interested in volunteering for a position, or would like to nominate a member, email elections@sigmaxi.org

The Committee on Nominations has put forth nominees for president-elect. 

All active Sigma Xi members are encouraged to vote in the Society’s 2018 elections. Voting takes place online and opens at 8 a.m. EST on October 29. Active members will receive an email from elections@vote-now.com that day with instructions on how to vote. The polls will close at 11:59 p.m. EST on November 27. 

Active members may vote for president-elect and other open positions in the region and constituency assigned to their chapter. Members-at-large will vote for open positions in the Membership-at-Large Constituency.

The Society will announce the results on its website, www.sigmaxi.org. Members with questions or concerns should contact the executive office by emailing elections@sigmaxi.org or calling (800) 243-6534.
